What we collect.
From our website form: your name, mobile number, type of business and the plan you're interested in, so we can call or text you back.
From calls to our demo line: the details you give our AI receptionist and a summary of the call, so we can follow up.
For our clients' callers: when we run an AI receptionist for a business, we collect what that business needs to serve its customers (usually name, phone number, address and the reason for calling) and send it to that business. We process that information on the business's behalf and only as they instruct.
How we use it.
To answer your enquiry, set up and run your receptionist, send the texts and emails you've asked for, and improve how calls are handled. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
We use trusted service providers for phone calls, text messages, AI speech and email. They may process information outside Canada and are required to protect it.
Text messages.
By giving us your mobile number, you agree that Pulse Dispatch, or the business you called, may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Your mobile number is never shared or sold for marketing.
Your choices.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We keep it only as long as we need it to provide the service or meet legal requirements. Email ivan@pulsedispatchai.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
